Muscatine's Center for Social Action

The primary mission of Muscatine’s Center for Social Action is to provide shelter, basic health care, vocational and educational support services to the homeless and near homeless from Muscatine County.  The goal is to have each individual develop life skills needed to move back into society as productive citizens.
